What do you think of Japan's decision to pass a security law that allows it's soldiers to fight abroad?

Will there be US troops in reunified Korea? How would reunified Korea take China's security interest into account?

Most of the pollution generated in China are for manufactured producted headed to US consumer market, so US basically exported it's pollution (along with it's manufacturing industry) to China.

The only difference is, US is 5X richer than China on a per capita basis and pollutes 5X more on a per capita basis as well, so it can afford to do stricter energy regulation.
