Yes, I get that, but "farm-to-table" sort of turned into a city-wide cliche as every restaurant picked up on it. I'm talking trendy River North restaurants that will probably be replaced in ten years by another big thing. I totally recognize and support the whole farm-to-table concept, but it's hard to deny it sort of blew up in Chicago.

What's your favorite way to make or mix up a BLT?

Wow, great answer- and ambitious! You should consider featuring that in the baconfest. Farm-to-table BLT (or is Chicago finally over that trend?), or maybe put an urban gardening spin on it.
