Do you think that the conditions or provisions of the Pell Grant should be revised to remain effective in today's upper education environment? Does the DOE ever review how effective they are and adjust allocations/criteria?

With the schism between management and employees in regard to in-office vs. remote presence, are there any do's and don'ts for clients who are looking for full remote positions? Are there red flags on the employer's side you warn clients to look out for?
