What is an average day's meal schedule and content? Please contrast that with a day spent doing an ironman.

I had a job interview setup to happen about a week in advance. Prior to the job interview, I went into the place of business to scope things out. Everyone from receptionists to sr. management were in t-shirts and blue jeans. I went in twice on two different days just to make sure it wasn't "t shirt tuesday". For my interview, I still put on a full suit and tie. Should I have dressed down to maybe a polo and some khakis to better match the environment?

Is this a profitable endeavor or are you just doing enough to keep the business going?
