Are you able to appreciate others writing without thinking about it mechanically? Like when an actor sees a movie- they understand all the behind the scenes. In that sort of same strain, have you felt your work affects your perceptions of your romantic/sexual partners? Sorry if that’s all too personal!!!!

When you were a kid, did you ever picture yourself doing anything like what you are doing now? And what do you think your kid-self would say to you about it! I find it really interesting to draw connections between our sort of dreams as kids and adulthood. Thanks for doing this, such an interesting life!

There’s a lack of research on psychedelics and mental illness, and even less understanding of their interactions with drugs like SSRIs etc.

But there’s a vested interested in psych use to improve mental health, thus how do you provide advice while also being cautious of the potential for aggravation of any mental illness? Or do you caution against trying them at all?

I have dabbled in the mixing of psychs with SSRIs, more for curiosity, and haven’t had issues. I was lucky to have experienced friends that offered what they knew, but it’s still always a gamble.
