Is there a simple end-user way to reconcile two lists of unique values (and sometimes with duplicates) against each other to determine what's in list 1 but not list 2, what's is 2 but not 1, what's in both, and which are duplicated in the other list?

I've got my way of doing it with vlookup or index/match and countifs, but despite my attempts to teach others how to do it, it's just above the comprehension level of most folks yet it's something coworkers request so frequently that the requests get routed to me because no one else wants to dive into the fun.
