It's always amazing to me that people find goodness, friendship and bright moments in the middle of terrible events and circumstances. Do you have any good memories from your time as a prisoner of war? What helped you get through that time?

What kind of response have you got from other people working in this area, like social workers, probation, youth support groups?Do you think they respect the personal experience you bring, and do you find that they trust you and are willing to take advice on how to improve their work (and what is that advice)?

Do not trust this random unqualified bloke's book over an actual professional. By all means seek another opinion, but not this book.
