(Note: I wrote this before I saw they were your grandparents.)

I'm a dad. A pretty awesome dad, and I love my daughter.

Go to the police. You have NO obligation to protect your parents from THEIR CRIMES against YOU.

If they were worth protecting, they wouldn't have done this. They are selfish and don't love you. Oh, sure, they probably love you, but not in a way that MEANS anything. If they loved in a way that mattered, they'd apologize and try to fix this all right now. They don't, and so you have no obligation.

If they treat you well, it's because they choose to, they probably feel good treating you well. But if they don't feel like treating you well, they have no compunctions about treating you shabby.

That's not love. Love is a commitment, an obligation, a choice.

I will never have to worry about my daughter calling the police on me because I am here to protect her and not harm her.

I have had to cut off contact with toxic family members. Are you worried your parents will cut you out of their life? If they will, over this, then you don't need them. Believe me, it is SO MUCH BETTER to have toxic people out of your life.

It sucks that you don't have real parents. You wish you did. You think that by not calling the cops on them you can keep what you have.

WHAT YOU THINK YOU HAVE WITH THEM IS AN ILLUSION. Recognize that you already don't have parents and so you aren't losing anything by getting your finances straightened out.

I don't ask people about their height or disability because I figure it's rude if I don't know the person and also so many other people probably ask that they are probalby tired of talking about it.

I do have a mild curiosity but don't really consider it particularly relevant to anything because I usually see people as just being people.

How many people do you think see you as just a regular person, vs. how many people look at you and classify you as The Other?

Why didn't the video for Torn match the words?! You know the part I mean.

I was just listening to your album Left in the Middle again on an 8-hour drive a week ago... still great. Especially "Pigeons and Crumbs." Thank you!

I thought you were great in Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle. Was it challenging to portray that mix of innocence and seductiveness? The juxtaposition of those two qualities was what made that scene funny. What was it like working with Chris Meloni?

Are you aware that many consider "'Murican" to be offensive?
