Thanks for the AMA. I am a creditor. Not a company but just a person who was awarded a judgment in a South Carolina court for $8000 back in 2010. The debtors were able to get a mortgage loan in 2012 despite my active judgment on them. How do I report this to the credit bureaus? The courthouse has the judgment on public record but doesn't report judgments to credit bureaus.

I contacted Transunion, Equifax, and Experian but they all said they won't record the judgment as I'm only a private individual. The debtors have ignored repayment to other private individuals and I think that my judgment would help future potential creditors better evaluate their creditworthiness. Is there any way to get my judgment onto their credit reports?
