I know that you are a huge fitness buff. How much did your lifts go up while working out on the ISS?

Flight Controllers here in Houston work with Air Force Strategic Command who track all pieces of space debris. If there is a piece of debris that will enters a statistical area of collision with the station we will plan to perform a debris avoidance maneuver. This is a translational maneuver that will change the altitude of the station to avoid or greatly lower the probability of collision. Hope that helps.
