If you went back in time, what would be the most important advice would you give to your 18 year old self?

Hmm, if you ever read "The everythingstore" by Brad Stone. You will understand that Jeff Bezos (CE0, founder) has a Steve Jobs personality. In the book, one woman in management asked if there can be a work-life balance, and Jeff Bezos said we came here to do work. The man is ruthless. The company culture, in my thoughts coming from the book, is you better get shit done and customers always first.
