The article says he didn't die until the next week. Did he say anything to you between the shot and his death?

Edit: OP answered "3 days and no he was unconcious the whole time from what I've heard."

I'm guessing you were afraid that he would be charged for something if they knew he was at fault? How would things be different if he had been charged for something like negligent driving?

Why do you point out here:
