I restore old leather bicycle saddles, Brooks and the like, and often need different stamps for impressing the correct logos etc in the wet leather. I'm going to try Shapeways prints for that. They'll have to stand up to some pressure, but I think it'll work. Any thoughts about that? In particular, what material do you think would be best?
Also, can you recommend a cheap 3-d modeling program for PC on which I can design the stamps? I've been using the 2-d to 3-d application on your website, but it seems a little primitive for my needs.
