Seriously should do it!

Not sure this has been asked yet, but thought this spot might be a good place. Do you actually get paid or some form of income? How do you survive if you have expenses to be paid back home? Reason I ask is I'd love to do something like this .. but no ways I could ever afford to even if it were for a month.
