I think that's the general idea, yes. Avoiding gluten. It's far cheaper to make than to buy, if you can.

Definitely not obvious. I was suspected to have B12 deficiency, Lyme, and they test for all sorts of other things too - diabetes, lupus, tumours, other vitamin deficiencies. MS has a broad range of symptoms because the neurodegeneration mimics basically anything that can go wrong with the nervous system. They essentially have to rule a whole lot out to diagnose MS.

Not OP. Side effects are common - interferon injections produce flu-like symptoms, so fever can become a tough thing to choose. PML is a big risk with some of the medications. Liver breakdown. Each medication has its own risks.
