How are th conditions for workers in the factories, to your knowledge?

Do all the workers get paid for their two weeks of vacation, or do they work extra throughout the year to make up for the lost wages?

I meet more westerners who complain about their working hours than Chinese people.

If they DID complain, what would be the repercussions to them?
