Can this reverse small fiber neuropathy? Is it something that must be used on an ongoing basis?

Fluoroquinolone antibiotics now have warnings that they can cause neuropathy. Upon close reading they can be considered a chemotherapy drug. Can somebody who took Cipro and Levaquin multiple times and has small fiber neuropathy be eligible for your chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy clinical trial? By the way, the pain is complete all over body burning and needles 24/7.
