Can’t you see the cat is doing the typing?

I hear a lot about declining bee populations as an issue. Is there a similar issue with birds or other insects? What do we lose when they disappear? How do they help the environment?

How accurate are the food scales I’m getting on Amazon? I’m suspecting not very. Is there any way I can calibrate them at home, or are there things to look for when buying one?
