I think it depends on the level of blood being shown. I wouldn't say Mortal Kombat-level is popular where blood is sprayed everywhere, but the blood effects in GTA is. I think people like to see that their attacks had some sort of effect, ya know?

Would you consider making PS4 avatars and themes for this game? (Along with XV please!)
