Oh for fuck sake, this is such bullshit, as I read this thread the OP's claims just pile the crap on. I'm not going to dispute that there are elements of poor craftmanship in the industry, and that there will be some element of cost cutting by the airlines trying to increase profit margins. But the crap that OP is putting out there is such utter bollocks, it just makes him look like a disgruntled ex-employee.

So, how do you go about getting a house built properly?

I work in a large financial enterprise company, doing just this! Designing and building learning games to train the employees, I love it. Typical elearning courses are very dry and don't motivate or create an experiential learning session, which means retention can be very poor. I'm curious though as to why you think Germany is a good place for doing that type of work? I'm in the US, but I wouldn't immediately think of Germany for developing learning games like this, is it a big industry over there?
