If you work for Walmart, you're supposed to participate in the cheer. And yes, I did it.

The story I heard was Sam went to Japan and was impressed with the worker morale and enthusiasm so he implemented the cheer as a way to increase enthusiasm. I think it probably worked when there were only a handful of employees but 16 year old cashiers and part time holiday help don't give two shits about the company that signs their checks.

maybe it's a different part than I'm thinking ... it has something to do with "weekends" and "wind"

or maybe "whipping" and "dens"

or maybe "season" and "ends"

edit: I was singing it my head this morning and you're right, it's " ... do it again", then it says "Ninja, Ninja, Ninja, come on, come on, come on, until the whipping ends." or something maybe not quite so age inappropriate.
