I don't think he means that you intentionally screw up the customer's order, just that you have no particular incentive to get it right.

Price matching is awesome for the consumer. :) It reduces the chances of you purchasing something only to find out that it was much cheaper somewhere else.

Hell, you can get a degree that pays more than that price range for a new college graduate. Go into science or engineering, the degree is harder to get but the jobs are much, much better.
