I'm confused by your response here. Part of the reason we don't have rivers catching fire now is because we have increased our environmental protections over the decades... (though we have plenty of serious pollution & toxic problems as is.) The current President is attempting to roll back existing environmental protections. Do you need a flaming river to say the environment is worth protecting?

That's something I was thinking about too. Some folks may not be very well educated about what different departments do and their impacts in communities. So perhaps another part of the project could be an educational piece about that.
