My friend was diagnosed with hypothyroid. Her endocrinologist had her on supplemental hormone. I had her add selenium and 12.5 to 50 mgs of iodine in the form of Lugol's 5% solution. She was taken off her supplemental hormone completely. Given that n=1, endocrinology seems to be willing to pathologize a diet low in iodine and selenium as an intrinsic medical condition. To outward appearances, hypothyroidism appears to be Big Pharma science that keeps insurance paying for visits and pharmacies.

My own thyroid labs breached normal limits only after one year of 12.5 mg per day. I now do 6 mg once per week.

Would you comment on the merit of optimizing thyroid function with upper limits of iodine, at least for a period of a few months?

More, credible studies demonstrate that boron increases free testosterone in men by 30% in only one week. "After one week ... the mean plasma free testosterone increased and the mean plasma estradiol decreased significantly. Dihydrotestosterone, cortisol and vitamin D was elevated. Also, concentrations of all three inflammatory biomarkers decreased after supplementation."

Roman Nowak rants in the book "Fixing Thyroid Problems" that mainstream medicine has maligned boron as toxic, when, in fact, minimal doses of boron normalize multiple hormones including free testosterone and vitamin D3. Nowak claims that boron is to the parathyroid what iodine is to the thyroid. Nowak also claims that we know very little about the physiology of the parathyroid gland, although it is home to heavy concentrations of boron. Is he correct in any sense?

As far as I understand, the counter argument is that the boron effect is hormesis. It is likely interfering with enzymes that break down vitamin D3 and free testosterone. In fact, it makes bones stronger through hormesis by affecting magnesium retention. Is the boron effect hormetic?

Jorge Flechas says that boron enhances cognition. I cannot find the studies that he is citing. What are the most comprehensive databases to search?

Finally, I have experience with electro-acupuncture. Specifically, the Schumann resonance of 7.83hz has an effect quite different from other electro-frequencies. It induced painless muscle spasms. More, I was hooked up to a computer as they measured electrical resistance of my skin. The electrical resistance readings corresponded to traditional acupuncture points. What do you make of the human body reacting in sympathetic resonance with certain frequencies of electricity associated with the Earth? What do you make of electrical resistance readings corresponding to traditional acupuncture points? Is it all a party trick? The electro-acupuncture came from the book "Healing is Voltage" by Jerry Tennant. Do you consider this to be legitimate medical science?

I am completely convinced that I have The Emerald Tablet of Hermes Tristmegistus. What should I do with it? It occurs to me that I should teach the stone to a Masonic temple.

According to The Emerald Tablet, the philosophers' stone is "three parts of the philosophy of the whole world." "As above, so below: as below, so above: so that the whole accomplishes the miracles of the Unity," which itself is a multiple entendre.

In the Gospel of Thomas, "these stones will serve you." According to the allegory of John the Dyer, "Do not say you have Abraham for your father. God will raise children from these stones." The stone is sexual, insofar as the Lower Mysteries before the Greater Mysteries were always sexual, the reason that early Christians were known as loosey-goose.

To pull off the stone as written, you need to perfect the mind/body: https://docdro.id/1uVHm0t

Honestly, I kind of want to join a convent.

I recently understood that British history is rich in Skyfall, the divinity of the "secret" Amanita muscaria mushroom.

How many monarchs can trace their divine legitimacy to the use of the Amanita and fulfillment of mystical allegory such as Merlin and Rumpelstiltskin?

I have the Living Stone in 1 Peter 2:1-8. After the Living Stone, you find the elixir. My Living Stone is actually in the Emerald Tablet of Hermes Tristmisgistus.

Are you familiar with credible claims to the Living Stone, the philosophers' stone, or the Emerald Tablet? These have happened before. Mine checks out in two minutes.

Britain is a country of Skyfall. Hong Kong was a British colony.

The protesters wrote "Caged birds think flying is an illness." Other protesters said "I have crossed the threshold. My house is in order. I will not suicide." Inherently those are Skyfall issues.

Do you have any comments on Skyfall as revolution in Hong Kong?
