Depo was the one thing that was a blessing and a curse for my wife.

My wife knew she had a fibroid in her uterus. After the birth of our daughter, we took her home for 3 days before returning to the NICU for a week due to an infection.

About a month later, my wife was still bleeding heavily. This was not normal. My wife's first OBGYN put her on Depo to help stop the bleeding. She had lost so much blood her blood level was at like a 7. She upped her dose to the maximum and eventually the bleeding stopped. Every so often she would still have massive bleeds. Something still wasn't right.

Come four months later, my wife started having pain in her uterus. Prior to this, she would always call to talk to the nurse and they would blow her off. Finally, day before Thanksgiving, my wife feels something protruding from below. Calls the OBGYN and they try to tell her to wait till after the holiday. My wife said heck no, and demanded to be seen.

We walked into the place and sat there for almost two hours. Finally, the one male doctor we liked, said she was completed dilated. She basically ended up giving birth to 3 pound fibroid that had grown. The nurse assisting him went to get a bag and when she came back, he said no, we need the biggest biohazard bag we got.

Thank god for that doctor for seeing her. That could have sat stuck inside of her all weekend and could have went septic. That changed my wife's life forever. I know it is no where as extreme as you, but I can somewhat relate. My wife was a trooper and so were you.

Our daughter was born 5 weeks early and is now in like the 95 percentile in height. Keep up the good work and I hope you win the court case. It will be worth it for all you fought for.
