You know, somehow, that doesn't turn me on as much... The idea of self-mutilation doesn't get me, but it's something about the fact that OP has gotten through a tough situation and has a good sense of humor about it really strikes me as impressive and sexy. But also the just balls thing does turn me on... And I'm not into amputee porn. I think it's a combination of OP's personality and and... I suppose, superficially, his novelty that really gets me feeling the squigglies.

TL;DR OP is sexy, but the concept of willful harm isn't up my alley.

Aye, I know. I'm... Actually not a big fan of RES. It messes with some of my other extensions, like Auto Patchwork. But I appreciate the response! If anything, thanks for doing the AMAA! I'm writing a character who's trans right now, and though I understand that everyone's individual views are different, it's really neat to get some insight into how other trans folks think. =)
