What did you feel during the attack? What was going through your mind? Was it pure adrenaline? I just cannot imagine it-- being in survival mode for such a long time.

Do you think seg is an appropriate way to handle unruly prisoners? Did anyone get sent to seg unreasonably?
When the inmates returned from seg, did they act any differently? It is fascinating to learn about the consequences of social isolation... wonder what it does to the prisoners. :O Do they see it as the worst punishment?
