With help from Funny Business, I've started transforming a venue I work at into a stand up/improv comedy venue for my area, and so far, we've had a fair amount of success. It's a great room and an intelligent crowd.

Can you give me some tips as a venue manager with treatment of comedians and tell me some horror stories/mistakes venues can make/have made that I should avoid? I'd really like to do well by comedians and my community.
