I've been thinking about the state of America today, or more specifically I have been thinking about the state of change we are currently in. Now I'm just a senior in high school, but I've noticed that what's going on right now is not something that happens every four years, that huge protests going on every other day is not something normal; and I've been wondering, what it was like during other periods of social (political, economic, etc.) upheaval, and if you think any of them can be compared to today?
