I started out the craft beer scene drinking IPAs. After two years of getting deep into the different brews I find that drinking IPAs is not so pleasant anymore. The style to me is over-hyped and most of the time too bitter to enjoy. How do you feel about IPAs and do people that drink IPAs on a regular basis have a palate for anything else? i feel my friends that are IPAs fans don't appreciate a good barrel aged beer or funky saison.

Edit: Also what do you think of the Bruery?
