Will there be applications for the Hyperloop within city limits to speed up inner-city transportation?

For example a lot of the transportation infrastructure within Los Angeles is very slow and commuting from west side to the east side or to Orange County is not very quick.

I'm a bit confused. When you get an offer, are the orders already prepared and you just pick them up from a warehouse? How many orders do they give you at a time/how do they give them to you. Also do you decide which ones you drop off first, or do they have a software that creates the quickest route for you. I'm guessing you guys don't drop off inside apartment buildings unless they are attended deliveries huh?
