Hi Chhavi, the theoretical conceptualisation of the term empowerment stresses on education, employment and political participation, but they do not deal with the level and quality of these things. if the education, employment and political participation available to us had been proper, it would have transformed the Indian society already. I'm very much interested in this subject and would like an active discussion. thanx for answering me.
