I had no idea about the 80%, do you have anywhere I can reference this percentage? No offense but you do admittedly work for a branded prescription company.

EDIT: I don't know why I didn't just Google http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Generic_drug#Quality_standards I thought it would be harder to find. This is very surprising. I'm now looking to see if specific generics publish their bioequivalence somewhere.

How do you weed out people with bullshit experience despite a lot of evidence to the contrary on their resumé, and how do you find people with a lot of capability despite not having a lot of experience on their resumé. I'm talking at the recruiting stage, not the interview stage where writing code works (or rather kinda works... I think most interview coding questions are pretty lame, either too easy or crazy examples that don't reflect the type of problems they'll have during the majority of their job).

careful. a lot of theaters in my area have caption-glasses, NOT inviting my deaf friend to the movies would be more of an insult.

Many large companies and the government are looking for developers and infrastructure for the exact services you provide common users. Have you considered making money that way?
