You kind of sound like a Christian missionary. You talk about converting them and thus saving them. All the while you have ulterior motives of money.

I'm not saying that environmental concerns are invalid, I'm just saying your psyche is suspicious.

How are you making money off of this? Is it just a charge to various companies or are you trying lease your own rickshaws?

You'd probably die of suffocation before being singed to death. And if you don't die of suffocation your nerve endings fry off and you become numb to the fire.
