How are your family and friends reacting?

Like everyone else is posting, I'm sorry this is happening to you.

Military maps are sectioned into metric grid squares (kilometers, 10 meters, etc.) and most manuals for equipment (weapons, radios, etc.) give their distances in meters. People also like to sound cool and say 'clicks' which is military-speak for kilometers... That's not to say that some people don't still use the king's measurements!
