Hey Mirai! Big fan of you these past few years, I watched you skate in person at Skate Canada GP last season! Thanks for doing this AMA! I have 2 questions for you.

I saw on USADA.org that you were one of the most tested figure skaters this year, do you think they saw videos of your 3A on social media? I hope you get +GOE on it soon ;D

Also this season has been pretty injury plagued for a lot of skaters due to a variety of reasons, how do you personally, as a skater who has been on the senior circuit for a long time, ward off injuries?

Ah jeez Mirai I feel like I invaded your privacy now, sorry about that! It's on the usada.org site.

Thanks for answering and good luck at Nationals!

Hey Ashley! Huge fan of you who's been following you for a while now, I saw you live at Stars on Ice 2015 when you joined the Canadian tour and I'll see you again at Skate Canada International in October!

These past few years you've worked extremely hard on improving things like jump rotation, spin levels and other technical stuff but sometimes in competition it's still not perfect. I want to know for you or in general, when you re-work or improve technique, does your body kinda revert back to the old technique in competition sometimes? Is this more of a mental or a physical thing? How difficult is it to translate new things that you practice out of competition onto competitive ice?

Also what's a tip or trick that is often used in figure skating that never worked for you?

Thanks for doing this AMA and good luck in the new season!

Hi Madison and Zach! Big fan of ice dance and I loved your Free Dance last season!

My question is mainly for Madison (sorry Zach, you're cool too!). Since you're quite tall for an ice dancer, what are the challenges we might not think of as fans for you? I remember you said that Yankee Polka pattern is more challenging for taller dancers so I'm interested in hearing your thoughts!

Thanks for doing this AMA and good luck to you both in the Olympic season!

Thank you so much for this wonderful answer! I happen to think Zach is a wonderful lifter and I loved your long lines in your straight line lift and rotational lift from your FD last season.

All the luck again to you and Zach!
