What would happen if a spacesuit were to be punctured while in space?

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured that it was something along the lines of some sort of decompression sickness/fluids boiling.

I deleted my post but it almost was exactly the same as yours. I would love to see him at movement again.

What would the starting salary be of someone you helped? What about mid-career? I know this is obviously career specific, but I'm curious if you could generalize.
