Don't forget the judge's compliance with these shenanigans. If the judge would defend the constitution, he/she would not put up with the illegal search and seizure and the cops would know this, and not attempt it.

I recently read about a study done on toddlers and their tantrums. (Source: Was linked on reddit at one point. I don't have the link and am too lazy to look for it now.) They claimed that there were 2 'phases' to a tantrum. The 'I am a pissed off toddler' (IAAPOT) phase, and the 'Comfort me' phase. In the study, they said that the best policy during the IAAPOT phase was to ignore the child.

It seems to working with out 11 month old. We ignore her during the IAAPOT phase, and she does not seem to have many of them, and when she does they don't last very long.
