In college, I had very little time compared to what I would've liked to have to study. The anxiety went away a lot when I did very poorly on a few tests and learned that overall it wasn't as horrible as I thought. I better gauged the real effect of what I was worried about and seeing it as an expected risk instead of infinite bad helped
