Wish I had seen this earlier. Hopefully I'm not too late.

What would you recommend for someone with a thoracic herniation that's already two minimally invasive surgeries? I know it's not common but maybe you have some ideas.

Oh, I didn't expect a reply. Thank you. No I don't have shooting pain. It's mostly thoracic pain. However, I do have other strange issues that only started after the herniation which is at T7-T8. Such as phantom hives with itching but without visible welts. Occasional leg weakness and trouble walking. Unexplained arthritic issues with my hands. I've had these things investigated thoroughly but none have explanations. I've always felt they were connected and interestingly, they did not trouble me after my most recent surgery.
