RCSH was in the media a few years ago for charges of sexism and a class action by senior level female employees who claimed they were discriminated against, and frankly the numbers in this legal document don't lie. Less than 20% of almost every position at ruth's chris is staffed by women. Odd considering it was started by a woman.
