Ok so i have a question. So my brother bought a truck from a used car lot about two weeks ago. He got the truck inspected by our mechanic and told him that the main seal was leaking. He told the salesman that it was leaking and he should fix it. He wrote it in the contract and well the truck sat up there for a week. When he was called back that next week we got the truck and took it to the mechanic and asked him to check it out. He said that there was nothing done to the truck and it was still leaking trans fluid. Is there anything we can do to somehow get around this since as i said he voided the contract which it clearly states that anything that is written in must be done. oh and he brought it up when he called the sales man the other day and he said he did fix it its just that something else is messed up.
