Are you optimistic about the ability of unions to improve the pay/benefits of adjuncts? I know the adjunctification of modern universities has been a relatively big topic in the media lately and I was wondering whether the increased profile for the issue might allow a movement to improve the conditions for adjuncts in the near future.
