Hey, I'm living in Korea now, and you. can easily find American brand condoms at convenient stores, many of which are open 24 hours. I'm not sure about pills, but I don't think it would be too hard to get. I think they require a prescription, but even if you don't speak Korean, there are international clinics and international ward in big hospitals in big cities.
