is anyone going to transpose the answers from twitch to text for Reddit? because video format is great and all, but i am working...

miter saw is the least of the worries in my cases, as you are moving the saw, not your hand, so your hand can be safely placed away.
Band Saw is where we saw many thumbs get taken in shop, table saw saw many pinkies, and the large lathe caused a ton of palm lacerations when people were sanding bowls....

i think what his answer aludes to is that the state should look at deposits on cans/bottles. it reduces trash by giving people a monetary incentive to collect/return bottles and cans.
there would also need to be specific legislation to protect water bodies around that drain into the harbour, in addition to the ones to protect the harbour itself.
education and community buy in is a big factor as well...
