My wife is Canadian and we live together in the UK. My PR application was submitted as spousal outside Canada class, online, and 5 months later they returned the application as having gone to the wrong office. The ircc portal shows we submitted it to the right office. Is this common? We've resubmitted via TO law firm and it's been accepted this time. Thanks!
