You are never going to stop people who kill themselves because of some perceived injustice. People just do that shit. They try to martyr themselves to get back at somebody, and SUCCEED! We should ignore those who claim to be bullied, then bullies AND victims won't be heard, thus ending their regins or terror/whining.

Things tend to exist once we give them names. We can create this concept, but is it worth the time of the most prestigious research institutes on the planet to look into this bullshit? I think not. This is "yank at your heartstrings" bullshit that just flourishes in the USA lately. It is a "scause" that people can act like they are doing some really profound shit to help the disadvantaged, but it really is not. What is more likely to get a big dollar research grant "cyber-bullying" or isolating nucleotides?
