Not picking on you, but I have major health issues and have nearly no immune system from the medications. Expired chicken could very well kill me, with little effort. I've had similar issues at other places.

I've explored a vacant one here many times. It's so full of chemicals I'd be afraid to spend too long in it. How bad will/was remediation?
