Don’t be a creep towards the FA. Most of them have boyfriends. Don’t dip your pen in the company Ink either. It’s not worth it. But i will say, What you do outside of a trip and not on a overnight is your business.
Treat them as a crew member and not the butler. They have a job to do too. The middle of boarding isn’t the right time to ask for snacks and a water. Get what you want when everyone is settled or beforehand.
Treat them as you’d treat another pilot, yes they have a stereotype of being young and dumb. A lot of them have more education than pilots. I’ve flown with people that have a Phd’s in math.

At my company, at a certain southern base, ive been told 1968 hires won’t crack the top 25. My wife’s airline has some 1950s hires. BN employee number it’s literally “1” at AA. She works 3 days a week, drives a Benz and just one turn a day. Supposedly she hasnt overnighted since 2002.

This is 100% correct. The idea of people using aircraft as projectiles at the time wasn’t a common thought. Usually it was “take us to Cuba and give me $1 million dollars and no one gets hurt”. This changed the entire train of thought with how hijackings are treated.
