Are all migraines caused by some type of Trigger?
I have been keeping an extensive log for approximately 4 to 5 months of all foods, stress, sleep, weather, sound exposure, etc... and can't seem to find any consistent patterns. I tend to have migraine symptoms (my migraines are atypical) nearly every day (sometimes multiple times a day). Is it possible for migraines to just occur entirely randomly?
My migraine symptoms are atypical - suffered hearing loss on one side about a year ago, and then about 6 months after that started having (additional) fluctuating hearing loss and terrible tinnitus episodes. I would have assumed it was Menieres, but my doctor diagnosed it as atypical cochlear/vestibular migraines and I have responded to treatment.

You mentioned that you are generally focusing on drug response in your studies. Are you also looking into the length of time (or likelihood) before patients habituate to different medications?

The data presented there is a little hard to interpret, but thats not what I got from it at all. I read that as approximately 20% of the 20-44 year olds needed hospitalization and approximately 2% (of that age group) needed to be admitted to the ICU.
Data coming out of other European countries also seems to support that, as the population hospitalized seems to be a good representation of the general demographics of the general populace.

Can we test to determine if a person has already had COVID-19 and recovered? Or at this point are the tests only able to look for "active" viruses.
